Learn about Charles

Charles is a recognized leader in real estate law and real estate finance. He teaches both real estate law and real estate finance as a member of the adjunct faculty of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is also a former adjunct faculty member of Cleveland State University ’ s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. A renowned speaker, Charles has also lectured at legal and real estate trade group seminars on leasing, financing, and a variety of other real estate topics. Cleveland Jewish News recognized Charles in its 2020 class of Difference Makers for his involvement in the Northeast Ohio community

What is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
